Molly Curtis and Rachael Aydemir were our main contacts within TH.
There were lots of questions that were difficult to answer as the property was never lived in or owned by us- we inherited it.
Having little experience with conveyancing we found the language difficult to interpret in some instances were it was assumed everyone can speak "conveyancing".
Sometimes we didn't know where we were in the process or if the answers we had provided were adequate. But this improved towards the end of the sale.

Patient, kind and reassuring
Rachael and Molly (and earlier Emma too) were simply fantastic in aiding me in the conveyancing process. This is my first house and I have no family to guide me through, but Molly especially and Rachael put up with all my questions and ensured I had a full pack of purchasing information about the property. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
