We're the buyers solicitor for my house sale. They were extremely slow in every aspect. Took 2-3 weeks to reply to any of my solicitors emails. Only looked at the fixtures and fittings form and questioned it (they received 2 months prior) just as we were pressing to complete. Claimed to have not had responses from my solicitors, despite seeing email evidence they received them the same day. If you want your house move to drag on and on, I filully recommend these solicitors.

Although not a client I am a 50 year old neuridivergent man. My 2 young children are my absolute world.
My ex partner has weaponised the legal system to continue with her cohesive control and abuse. I have expressed this concern to Hayley Veale, explaining that I am a victim of abuse and that I'm a vulnerable person. I have written to Hayley with 2 formal complaints, both have been ignored. I have now issued a official complaint with the solicitors regulation authority who are investigating these alligations.
Even so, the company is still enabling their client to continue with her harassment. It took strength and courage for myself to leave an abusive relationship, I am shocked, saddened and traumatised by how unprofessional the company has acted.

Awful service from Rachel she’s never in the office, missed the stamp duty deadline through incompetence. We’re still none the wiser as every time we ask for an update she’s away. If you use them for conveyancing make sure the person works 5 days a week every week.
