Thanking Steph for all the support throughout my case legal HD
I would highly recommend Stephanie Wilkinson because she took on my challenge fighting my case with the Nottingham city council and after nearly two and half years trying too get repairs done correctly I am so pleased now that things have been sorted .

Re: mould and damp
My solicitor, Stephanie Wilkinson, contacted p a housing on my behalf and spoke to the association concerning the issue. She was patient and stuck with it until the results were achieved.

Stephanie helped me fight the Council's ignorance.
I have been dealing with rising damp and mould in my home for over 2 years, being an Asthamtic this has been a constant struggle.
All complaints and requests to the Council to sort it were either ignored or a quick mouldwash being organised (twice).
I reached out to Legal HD and Stephanie went through the process of pushing the council to agree to get it sorted, even winning me compensation for the length of time and constant issues.
The company did a great job in sorting this with updates and emails to let me know what was going on. The council did drag it out for a bit, but it was settled reasonably quickly thanks to Stephanie & the team there.
Hopefully the council's repair team will be as efficient when they finally start to sort the issues.

Excellent thank you all again!
Since the day I made the first phone call to now having my housing repairs successfully completed and some compensation for myself at the end of it all has been a 5 star service. A few little hurdles to climb but everything has been done with such easie and professionalism I couldn't of asked for more. Thank you very much again to Stephanie and all the team.
