Stephanie v Places for People (PFP) Housing Association
Ridiculous landlord PFP were found in contract breach, due to its failure in addressing residential structural repairs.
The landlord's wilful avoidance of responsibility, failing to communicate with Stephanie until proceeding were issued was boring
Stephanie used her due diligence to resolve and obtain a working repair committment and resident compensation, however the landlord disrespectfully breached the payment deadline showing thier complete lack of integrity..
