As soon as we approchedd LHD with our No Win No Fee based Claim, they started inquiring our cincerns and after reviewing our concerns they asked us to provide the evidences showing lack of cooperation from the council. Following the provision of all the documents relating to our claim, they spproached the council on our behalf until they succeeded to cnvince the council to complete all the outstanding repairs which they started doing it and to pay an amount of money to heal the over 10 years damage caused by their lack of cooperation with regard to our direly needed home repairs. Although the amount council agreed is far lower than our expectations as a result of their power abusing and the physucal and emotional damages that we have experienced for the past over ten years, we are fully satisfied the efforts made by LHD to convince the council to repair the outstanding repairs and to deal with us decently in the future which we’ve honestly already felt from them.

Appalling service. It started well with Lewis and then quickly went downhill after being passed to his assistant Dominic.
