Excellent service when purchasing my property
First time using BTMK and am very happy with the service. We were always kept up to date with developments, and even though we were under some times pressures, Matthew Clark, Hazel Bourke and Rosanne Chapman took this on board and helped push this forward for us. Would highly recommend BTMK to anyone.

First rate
I have worked with BTMK for many years and have been happy with the depth and breadth of service they have provided. They have supported me and my wife with all of our property purchases both personally and through our property portfolio.

Excellent Service
I purchased a property at auction in December making the completion deadline very challenging. I chose BTMK from our lender's panel and on my initial contact Matt Clark was frank about the challenges in meeting the deadline, helpful and generous with his advice. Subsequently Matt, Hazel and Kelly were professional, helpful, responsive and efficient. I am happy to recommend.

Fantastic service
I have to say I never write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to let others know that I was very impressed with the level of service we received from BTMK. Our client had purchased a property at an auction, and we were on a deadline because the transaction was started just before Christmas. Although there were a few obstacles, BTMK dealt very efficiently to overcome them without making the meal of it, which other solicitor firms often do. A specialist finance brokers. We usually deal with deadlines, and I'm pleased to be able to give this feedback to others who are in the same position as us.

Extremely professional team thats devoted to helping their clients
I was recommended btmk by my mortgage broker, i was put in the capable hands of Matthew clark and hazel bourke and they have both been amazing.
They have been nothing but professional and proactive in getting my transaction completed in a timely manner.
They have been very prompt in replying to my emails and answering my questions (theres been a lot of them)
Unfortunately my first property fell through due to the other party so when i finally found another property matthew and the team sprung in to action to get this property purchase underway. Matthew knew and understood that i needed this purchase to happen quickly so he really helped get the completion done for the date i requested.
I cant recommend matthew clark and his team enough, they have been brilliant and i will be forever grateful for their patience and perseverance with me as i tasked them with a challenging task but it did not phase them.

Seamless from start to finish.
I used BTMK for a remortgage. There were some requirements such as paying ex partner that were needed in addition to the remortgage and registry updates. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and prompt in their replies. I was kept informed from start to finish and they made, what could have been a stressful experience, easy and stress free. Everything was completed before some rather tight deadlines.
