Although the service felt somewhat remote, and communication from us always entailed leaving a message for a call back, searches and survey were commissioned efficiently, estimates and final invoices were clear. The lady in accounts (Mandy Watts) was extremely helpful. After completion disbursements for other services, e.g. estate agent were made after B&B had sought authorisation. The whole process took four and a half months, longer than we had expected but this was due to delays occasioned by the FTBs and their independent solicitor.
We were broadly satisfied by the service we received and there was plenty of phone contact in the final crucial stages.
