A tricky transaction, handled brilliantly by Mat and his team.
Huge and grateful thanks to Mat and his team for getting what turned out to be an incredibly difficult transaction over the line. This was the fourth attempt to purchase (the other three failing their surveys, etc.) and sell my own. One particular set of solicitors was completely non-communicative and, despite numerous attempts by Mat to extract information from them over the course of months, they delayed the process immeasurably and caused real problems, even up to the day before the agreed completion. Mat has been absolutely fantastic throughout. He has kept his cool (and mine) and explained the process at every step. How he stayed so calm in the circumstances is beyond me! Mat is clearly an expert in his field, having to advise the other solicitors what to do at times. I would not have trusted any other firm of solicitors to do what Mat has done. He is superb, and I cannot recommend him enough. Give the guy a pay rise, he absolutely deserves it!!

Excellent Service
We used Mat for the a sale and purchase of properties. The service we received was of the highest quality and we would not hesitate in using him again. Any concerns or queries that we had were responded to very efficiently, the advice we were given was great and he was able to explain everything in simple terms. Mat has a very approachable manner and his work is very thorough.

I can’t recommend Mathew highly enough! He’s truly exceptional at what he does. Even the estate agents were impressed by how quick and thorough he was. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Conveyancing for new build house purchase
Pretty much could not fault. Very smooth process. All personnel responded in a good time frame to me. Were approachable, helpful, gave guidance and good advice. Particularly liked that they had a good relationship with the developer as dealt with many of the Plots on the development and so were able to anticipate various aspects of the sale for me
