I had a very positive experience with Rachel, from start to finish. I was appointed one of her colleagues as a duty solicitor for my interview, but he was busy on the day of my first hearing. I was then appointed Rachel, as she was a duty solicitor that day and wanted to stay with Sills & Betteridge. After my first hearing, I wanted to pay for Rachel to represent me for my trial, as she was very knowledgeable and professional, and helped with my case tremendously. Rachel then represented me for my trial and we was surprised a week before my case, with a possibility of Res Gestae being used. Rachel was very prompt and on point with explaining and building a case against this. I got a very good outcome in the end and would highly recommend Rachel from Sills & Betteridge. Very pleased with the knowledge, help and advice received.
10/10, would highly recommend.

I would just like to say a massive thank you during the process of selling and buying , more selling to be exact.
You have been excellent with communication, with emails sent over to you/ responding and the few calls that were made to yourself. You were there all of the time with your quick reply's when we needed you . You made a stressful selling process that little bit easier at times without wondering what next .
I know the process isn't over yet but we are nearing the end and you have been superb . You are credit to Sills&Betteridge and Amy is very lucky to have you working underneath her .

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alice Solomon and her assistant, Charlie Mahon. They were both absolutely brilliant and made the house-buying process as simple and straightforward as possible for us.
Alice and Charlie were incredibly responsive to our queries, kept us regularly updated, and clearly explained each step of process.
We were working to a tight deadline, and instructing Sills and Betteridge enabled us to meet it.
