Sale falling through
Are sale is going to fall through as PM Property lawyers won’t exchange today. The case has been going on for 4 months. They have everything they need but won’t exchange. No one is responding to our emails and Stephen Milne and Michelle Naylor won’t answer our calls. Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT use this company !! They don’t act at your best interest !!

Property sale
Lack of communication
Case handlers never get to speak to you as admin staff always answer and say they will pass on messages but never do.
Had to chase constantly for updates.

Fantastic solicitors
Very professional and informative solicitors. Always helpfull and returned my messages on same working day. I would recommend these and 100% would use them again. They made me feel at ease, when ive used different solicitors it was such a chore contacting them where as pm property lawyers through the handy app took away the stress and made it so much easier
