Sale of my Bungalow with S106 Covenants
Thank you BTRL for managing the sale of my property in a timely fashion. Section 106 Covenants on a property can really complicate its sale. But you managed it to negotiate all issues professionally and in a timely fashion. It meant less worry for me which I very much appreciate. You were on it!
