I instructed PM Property Law on purchase of my property and they were faultless. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews on here, but decided to give it a go anyway.
Not only were they much cheaper than everywhere else I looked, all communication was immediate and faultless. The whole buying process was completely smooth.

Awful
Short (auction purchase ) but awful experience. Someone once said before that even children are more organised than them lot. My actual solicitor seemed good when I get a chance to speak to her -on the day of instruction and on completion day .

8 months, horrible communication, lack of information and hiden fees
The whole buying process was super stressful. The phone ringing hours without anybody picking it up, listening to the same bootloop melody stuck in my head like a nightmare forever. 2 solicitors left the company and one been sacked, so 4 solicitors in total handeling my case. One didn't know what is going on after another. Big comedy and never ever again. We have completed one day before my mortgage extension expired after my mortgage offer actualy expired, which caused me even more stress and incomveniences and costs. In the end np discount, hiden fees we didn't talk about and I don't even have a paperwork I should have. If you would like me to recommend the service, yes, only to my worst enemy though as this is not what I paid for. Never again.

Property Lawyer
My experience with PM lawyer has been great, they are professional lawyers and very good, no marking about they will give you excellent service.The only issue l have with them is they are very difficult to get on phone.

Unprofessional company
Communication was awful. Had to pester constantly to get any form of response out of anyone. One person (who wasn’t even dealing with my case) actually said it’s easier if I do a certain job because he’s “too busy with other bits today” awful company could’ve given my 3 year old a pen and paper and got a faster result
