House sale and purchase
Kristine handled the sale of our property and an onward purchase, which was part of a chain. Throughout the process Kristine was highly professional, helpful, and always kept us up to date with developments. At various points in our transactions, specific challenges arose, and we really appreciated the helpful and timely advice Kristine provided on how we might address them. We always felt we had a way forward. Without Kristine's efforts and commitment, we don't think we would have got things over the line. Excellent professional service

Efficient & Thorough
Kristine was fantastic and guided us through the whole process. She took time to talk us through parts that we didn't understand. She was always chasing and pushing other solicitors in the chain to keep moving and dealt with enquiries in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Kristine.
