Veronica and her team are absolute stars
I was going through my first house purchase recently, and used Veronica at Beeston Shenton having known one of her colleagues for a number of years.
What a decision it was. As someone who can't do admin to save my life, the calm and detailed approach from Veronica was just what I needed to guide me through the early stages.
Then as d day was approaching we got a last minute call to say further up the chain were delaying. Panic stations set in as I could not afford to go over the deadline for increased stamp duty. But as she was through the whole process, Veronica was calm, composed and incredibly supportive, ensuring she would be fighting tooth and nail to get it done the following week. She did, and now I'm in my first home and my 2 year old daughter has her first play room.
People dread the word solicitor quite often, but I would whole heartedly recommend Veronica to anyone who is moving house. She probably got quite frustrated with how much of a beginner I was, but it never showed, she held my hand when needed, gave me a kick up the backside when needed, and fought tooth and nail to secure me and my daughter our home!
Thank you Veronica, you didn't just complete a transaction that day, you set me and my daughter up for our future!

Property Sale
We were very happy with Veronica and Tracy, both very professional.
They kept us updated all the way through the sale of our house, and dealt with any problems that would arise very quickly.
We would definitely use Beeston Shenton again.

Great to Deal With

House Buy and Sell
What an absolute gem of a solicitors these are. My solicitors were Veronica and Tracy, from start to finish they were very informative about the progress of the buying and selling of my homes, it did get stressful to me towards the very end through no fault of ours but my buyers, Veronica and Tracy dealt with this very well and kept me calm at the same time.
I would have no problem in recommending Beeston Shenton Solicitors and I shall use them in any future business.

Tracy & Veronica - Amazing solicitors
Very professional firm, I dealt with Tracy and Veronica, with regards to buying and selling my house. They were both amazing, very pro active, and got things done. They were always looking out for my best interests, always took my calls and ran through the smallest of details with me. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They are both an absolute credit to the firm.

Excellent Experience
We were very well looked after by Tracy & the team at Beeston Shenton through every step of our property sale & purchase. Any queries we had or challenges that came up throughout the process were answered & resolved very effectively - we felt in very safe hands. If we ever decide to move house again, we'd definitely look to Beeston Shenton as our Solicitor of choice!

Sale of House
The team managing the sale of my late mother's house did a fantastic job under challenging circumstances. Veronica and Tracy in the property department were patient and persistent and ensured the sale of the property despite the numerous hurdles caused by one person.
