Great Service For First Time Buyer

Great service on a tricky case
We were recommended BMTC by a friend and it's been the best recommendation. Ella has done a really professional and admirable job working on a challenging home purchase. As a first time buyer I really didn't know what to expect or what I was taking on but Ella made me feel at ease and has worked incredibly hard to protect my interests in the case. I was purchasing a leasehold property in a "high rise" building and as such new legislation - The Building Safety Act - applied to my purchase and this has caused all sort of challenges and made a lot more work for Ella. But, she has delivered exemplary service and got us through the process. I would 100% recommend BMTC and Ella to anyone who asked me!

Brilliant and empathetic service from start to finish
I used this company to complete probate for my late mums estate! Shannon was just the best, efficient, empathetic and informative. I was so pleased with the service that I am currently using their conveyancing side for further works and Ella who is dealing with this has been fabulous!! Definitely recommend
