Property Purchase
I was originally in touch with another solicitor but was not satisfied. I contacted Eric Robinson and spoke with Emma Gillespie who took me through property purchase process. It was reassuring, professional and friendly. Through the conveyancing purchase Emma kept me informed of queries and outcomes as they arose and when a long delay occurred from the other solicitor, she progressed everything she could while seeking information and updating me. When I had updates or queries, she pursued those to satisfaction so that we were then ready for each new step through to completion. I will happily recommend Emma and Eric Robinson to friends who are looking for a solicitor.

Excellent service
Excellent service provided by Emma at Eric Robinson Solicitors who undertook the conveyancing for the sale of our bungalow. She acted professionally throughout, was responsive and worked hard to secure completion in very quick time. Communication was first class, we were never left wondering what was happening, Emma gave us regular updates and notified us when things changed. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Eric Robinson Solicitors.

Excellent service from everyone at Eric Robinson
We have had excellent service from Eric Robinson with conveyancing. All the solicitors and all of the reception staff have been outstanding in looking after us. Good communication at all times by phone and email. We always use Eric Robinson and highly recommend them. At a time which is very stressful, they have made everything easy for us. Brilliant service!
Our experience with Eric Robinson was fantastic from start to finish. We are first time buyers and had quite a difficult time trying to purchase our first home, but Emma was extremely helpful, communicative and supportive. I truly believe we would not have completed without her! Emma was always available at the end of the phone and responded to my emails really quickly with helpful advice. We also visited the Chandlers Ford office in person and the lady at the reception was lovely and also very helpful. Thank you Eric Robinson for making the process of buying our first home a lot easier!
