Victoria helped us with our initial wills. She was helpful and patient through that process. Excellent Support and Communication Throughout My Home Purchase

I recently worked with Sarah Hogarty, Associate Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department at Eric Robinson Solicitors and her fabulous team, for the purchase of my new home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Sarah and her team were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

They took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, no matter how small, and always made sure I was kept in the loop. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which gave me real peace of mind.

The first house sale was aborted after 5 months. The sale to the second buyer was much more complicated and drawn out than Chui and I anticipated so it took 11 months in the end to completion. I was definitely tearing my hair out but she was calm and professional throughout.

Sarah hogarty and her team have been excellent in providing a service to my mother’s sale and purchase and also our sale and purchase keeping us informed of every step of the way, and trying to tie the timing of both of us moving at the same time , unfortunately for us we had a delay as the first house sale fell through! But we were back on track within a week and Sarah etc were working hard to make up time so we weren’t far behind and managed to get us completed and moved before Christmas! Can’t thank them enough!
