Turned things over just in time
We had a lovely experience with Kathryn! Although we did not start the house buying process with Kathryn as our solicitor, when our case was passed to her she picked things up quickly.
There was some delay in the exchange however Kathryn was able to turn things around really quick. In 10 days we were able to get the sign off from the back once again, the money from Moneybox, make the exchange and collect the keys. It was perfect timing!

You have to honest with these reviews and to start I was a little reticent about the company however I was amazingly fortunate to work with Kathryn Jones on the sale/purchase. Her level of commitment to getting this difficult transaction completed was brilliant and I cannot thank her enough. I will be using the company again soon. Thank you

Perfect service
I have only positive things to say about our recent experience with Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, whom we used for our house sale and further purchase which completed in Jan ‘25
.
Cheryl Head, Tracy Blanchard and Kathryn Jones dealt with our case. All 3 gave excellent polite customer service both over the phone and via email. One of them was always available to speak to, and were able to provide clear accurate updates throughout. Very clear communication throughout the entire process. The whole service felt very efficient and the team definitely seemed very ‘on it’.
Honestly a perfect service and would definitely use this firm again.
