Much chasing, no regular updates and communication was very poor.

Excellent attention to detail at all times

Instructed this firm and paid fees requested upon instruction, shortly after buyer withdrew offer and property remained on the market when next buyer was found I contacted them to then be advise they were no longer acting for us due to length of time.

I asked them for a copy of the documentation they had communicated with me regarding terms and conditions and was ignored.

They took our money and never actually done ANY conveyancing. They advised if you wish to re instruct us you need to obtain an updated quotation and pay fees again.

So disappointed that they failed to respond to my request re communication the file had expired and were unable to provide the documentation in terms and condition of instruction

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Emma and Elise for all their help during my house purchase. As a first-time buyer, I was really nervous about the whole process, but they made it so much easier. They kept in touch regularly and always let me know what was happening, which really helped put my mind at ease. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, and I’ll be using them again in the future.
