I reached out to Roscoe during a particularly stressful work-related situation where I needed expert legal advice and support. While I knew I wasn’t being treated fairly, I was unsure how best to navigate my position.

His approachable and friendly demeanour in private discussions made me feel at ease, while his firm and direct approach when dealing with the company was both reassuring and effective.
