Always a pleasure
Roscoe is an integral part of the Tentamus UK business and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Since I started with Tentamus UK in September 2022 we have worked through many complex challenges together and Roscoe has always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and seems to answers queries almost instantaneously! Roscoe is our go to legal partner for HR matters across all 8 of the Tentamus UK businesses and Roscoes advice and guidance has always been impeccable and gratefully received. HIs manner is always positive and he has a fantastic attitude to tackling all tasks, regardless of size and complexity. I reached out to Roscoe during a particularly stressful work-related situation where I needed expert legal advice and support. While I knew I wasn’t being treated fairly, I was unsure how best to navigate my position.
From the very beginning, Roscoe was exceptionally supportive. His approachable and friendly demeanour in private discussions made me feel at ease, while his firm and direct approach when dealing with the company was both reassuring and effective. In a situation where I faced multiple opponents and felt isolated, Roscoe provided the support I needed to level the playing field.
His responsiveness was outstanding. In a rapidly evolving situation with tight deadlines and intense pressure, Roscoe consistently responded almost immediately, which was absolutely crucial. He never missed a beat.
Equally impressive was his legal expertise and advice. He confidently guided me through every challenge, knowing exactly how to approach each situation with precision and clarity.
