Fantastic, stress free service! Even my mortgage broker noticed!
Rebecca & team made the purchase / exchange process so incredibly smooth & stress free! Prompt, clear & knowledgable responses to any & all queries & I was kept up to date as each of the stages completed! Obvious attention to detail across all documentation! Rebecca was on holiday for a period but it was clear that effective prep/handover was also in place & never has cause to doubt I was in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking representation!

Outstanding and professional service from Rebecca Ross
Just bought our first home through Rebecca Ross and could not recommend her enough! Rebecca was so efficient, and always able to answer any questions we had so quickly. Rebecca went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase process and we completely felt like we were in safe hands.
Her advice and guidance throughout the whole process was amazing - and I will 100% be using her services again for any future property transactions.

Amazing service!
Rebecca helped me buy my first house and honestly I could not recommend her more. Rebecca was super efficient, very friendly and answered all my questions extremely quickly. Exceptional.

Excellent and professional service!
I used Rebecca’s services for the purchase of my home and I cannot recommend Rebecca enough. Without knowing anything about the process in advance, Rebecca offered consistent updates, answered all of my questions, was extremely quick to respond and patient with me. I felt really looked after throughout the process. Even after the house sale, she went above and beyond for me during a payment dispute with the previous owners. Rebecca is so friendly and has such high attention to detail, I couldn’t have asked for anymore!

Great service from every team member at Watermans
We used Watermans at the end of last year to help us sell our flat and purchase a house; The service from start to finish was brilliant. I always felt in the loop about what was happening, and when things got stressful, Rebecca offered explanations and sensible advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watermans again.

first time buyer purchase
I'm very happy to recommend Rebecca Ross at Watermans Solicitors. A family member used her for conveyancing a few years ago and strongly recommended her. She was very efficient and always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Her advice on what to offer for a purchase and the negotiations on the paperwork, purchaser's rights etc after a successful offer were invaluable.The sale proceeded smoothly and was timely. Purchase of our new home
Rebecca was extremely attentive and responsive to all our queries and kept us updated on developments related to our purchase.
