Robyn went above and beyond to get a better outcome of a car claim than I'd excepted! Not only did she manage to prove I was not at fault and recover my policy excess but she also managed to get me additional compensation for the inconvenience of the third party insurance. Evie Brown was absolutely wonderful - friendly, proactive, kept in constant communication also taking the time to explain aspects in ways we would understand having not purchased a property before. We were updated throughout with clear guidance on things we needed to do and what they were doing at their end. Extremely diligent and thorough with the legal aspect of the house purchase and checked in regularly detailing what she was doing - this seems to be quite rare from talking to other people and it made such a huge difference instead of just hoping things were happening behind the scenes! Genuinely made such a stressful time feel so much easier - can't thank her enough!!

We used Watermans for the purchase of our first flat and they've been fantastic! Lauren was so positive and on the ball with our questions when submitting our offers. She explained the process, timelines and how to manage expectations as well - as first time buyers, it made our experience really great.
For the legal side, we worked with Caitlin and she was also very proactive and responsive throughout. We felt we could ask any questions and she followed up on every ask we had.
