Good communication
We used Bright Solicitors to sell my sisters flat which was made more difficult due to all the maintenance and management companies involved with it. Victoria and Kornelia persevered and managed to work through it all thank goodness. They were always available to speak to and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely use Bright Solicitors again. Big thank you to them. House sale

Excellent conveyancing service
From market to completion in 14 weeks. Would have been even quicker were it not for circumstances outside Bright’s control.
Friendly and professional. Kept us up to date with our house sale. Speedy replies to any queries we had, making the process easier to understand. Best of all: calling us from time to time to make sure we were ‘okay’. Haven’t had this level of personable and thoughtful care when buying and selling before.

Not often I write a review, but felt the need to express how professional and efficient Bright Solicitors conveyancing service has been from start to finish. Sale of an Apartment
Katie Braithwaite of Bright Solicitors, Plymouth was recommended to us by Bradleys Estate Agents. We cannot fault the service she provided, along with that of her assistant, Victoria Witts. Throughout, Katie and Victoria have answered all our queries, both promptly and professionally. We had the misfortune for an initial sale to fall through at almost the completion stage and this was sympathetically handled by Katie. Fortunately, we have just completed with another buyer. Bright were recommended to us through our estate agent & we have been so so grateful that Katie & Victoria have been our point of contact throughout. We started this process back in October with 1 fall through & now we have finally exchanged on our family home & moving tomorrow! I knew buying & selling was going to be stressful but a lot of other factors heightened these emotions through the process. Katie & Victoria the past 10 months have been the BEST go to contact, they would respond to our email within the same day without a doubt, any time I called the phone they would answer. We have consistently been filled with reassurance, kindness & support the whole process and do not know what we would have done with them both. It is so refreshing to have 2 women so professional yet so relatable as a contact, when I had the call to say we have exchanged I could genuinely hear how happy Victoria was to share the good news! Successful property sale
Dear Bright Solicitors ,
Thank you so much for all your professional expertise in overseeing the sale of my leasehold flat recently . Your guidance and help , and attention to detail , was so much appreciated by me . Finally culminating in completion day , on the 19th of July 20-23 , a truly happy occasion . I very much appreciated your frequent and continued updates throughout the process , your feedback was excellent.
I would like to acknowledge and thank Katie Braithwaite , who played such a key and pivotal role from the outset . I would also like to acknowledge Victoria Witts for her essential role , as Victoria often became my first point of contact on the telephone , together with email correspondence , as the process moved along . Sale of my Mum's House
Having just lost my dad and mum now in a care-home, the sale of their house was quite traumatic.
