Great experience with EMG
We used EMG after a recommendation. We were not disappointed! The communication was brilliant, they were local, very easy to contact and answered lots of questions we had throughout in a timely manner

Great service
First time buyers buying at an auction, very tight deadlines to work to but all sorted in plenty of time and kept in formed every stage of the way. Highly recommend Ashley and the team

Landlord remortgage
The person dealing with it would wait a few days after receiving an email then send out a automated reply saying not in the office I will get back to you then that would be another week before replying, I was asked numerous times for things I had already sent, I found the whole experience frustrating and it took forever I had to get my mortgage advisor to chase it up, he was fantastic and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think it would of been completed yet

I highly recommend Ashley. She is very professional and pays close attention to detail. She always makes sure everything is clear before moving forward and won’t complete anything unless she’s confident there won’t be any problems.
She truly supports her clients and always works in their best interest. If something isn’t clear, she asks the right questions to get the full picture. She is also easy to contact and always gives honest, helpful advice. I felt very safe and supported throughout the whole process
