Early termination if commercial lease
The Higgs litigation team managed this task effectively. They provided a reasonable scope and engagement in advance and completed a review of the Lease terms in advance. When ready, the team served the break notice and informed us of the early termination obligations, all within 24 hours and also followed up with the proof of delivery/service. Hassle free and efficient.

Charity land and property issue.
The Charity received an excellent service from the outset and throughout the process. At the initial meeting with the Charity's trustees, Reanne and Lauren provided advice and explanations in a friendly, clear and understandable manner and all subsequent communication and advice was always prompt and professional.
