I have used Carol and Kim at the Kettering branch for over a decade and they deal with all of my "property" transactions. I would not dream of using any other conveyancer. Carol never lets me down and I completely trust her.

House sale and purchase
Excellent service from Carol and Kim as usual good communication after 1st sale fell through at last minute by buyers pulling out.
Carol and Kim made sure 2nd sale completed successfully and purchase made in time to avoid stamp duty end of March 25.
This is the 3rd time we have used this solicitors and highly recommend their services for efficient satisfaction to client.

House sale
Both Carol and Kim were very helpful with a long drawn out completion. We had buyers dropping out and then agreeing to purchase again. This process was kept smoothly and maintained and they kept us updated and informed along the way with the final sale going thru.

House Sale
I recently used BMTC for a house sale, after using their services multiple times before, and once again found dealing with them to be an excellent experience. Communication is always very good, they are clear and concise with instructions, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

An outstanding, experienced solicitor!
Carol has been an angel from start to finish. She is thorough in all she does finding oversights other solicitors in the chain had made.
I felt safe and secure knowing I had Carol looking after my interests . She was also quick to respond and explained everything clearly . And I cannot thank Carol more!!

Sale and Purchase of properties
I worked with both Carol and Kim for the sale and purchase of my properties. This was a great experience as both were extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and concise information throughout the whole process. I was under specific time constraints and this was met well within the timeframe. I would highly recommend using Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP for purchasing and selling of properties. Carol and Kim were so helpful and professional. It was a very stressful process with issues with the lease but they made the right decisions protecting my interests in the deal. I am grateful that they also guided me reassuring during the process when I needed.
