Neha made me feel at ease as making a Will was something I had put off for a while. Neha explained everything to me in detail which I understood easily, I wished I had made a while sooner. Neha answered all of my questions, she was very patient and understanding, a very good approach to excellent customer care and in providing an excellent service on behalf of the company.

Agreed to come to the house, explained everything clearly, prepared the documents quickly as requested all in one go with no errors and answered questions over the phone quickly. All in all helpful throughout and a pleasant experience.

My Will
Neha I found filled in the blank spaces to my questions I was unsure about. She did not rushed me but took her time which I believe is an important part when dealing with any clients. Neha professionalism both on the phone and face to face always came across as polite and friendly.

Excellent service
Would like to say a big thank you to Neah Kanda at the Harrogate Road Leeds branch of Ison Harrison. She sorted a grant of probate for me after my Father had passed away. I was so stressed out by trying to sort this out that when I spoke with Neah she put my mind at ease.
