I have experience in all aspects of the residential property market including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, remortgages, registered and unregistered titles as well as transfers of equity and gifts of land. I pride myself on providing to all my clients a friendly, efficient and high-quality service at a fixed fee, offering practical advice in plain English. I ensure that at the start of any matter, I provide you with a written quotation confirming all our charges so that you are happy before we proceed. I also liaise closely with the estate agents involved to ensure the transaction progresses as quickly as possible so that you can move into your new home.

This is the second time we have used Oliver & Co, and as before they provided an excellent service. We mostly had dealings with Tay who was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond in every stage, making everything clear to us throughout, meaning we never felt confused. Tay was kind and patient, with a lot of patience required for those of us less technology-savvy!

We felt supported along the way, with responses to our enquiries being received early in the morning and late in the evening, some days.

Would highly recommend Oliver & Co for a reassuring, stress-free service that definitely felt easier with them being the ones behind us.

As first time buyers we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team at Oliver & Co were on it from start to finish and were fantastic throughout. A special mention for Tay Whelan who is an absolute credit to the business. No request was was too much to ask and she was so responsive to all our questions. Without hesitation we'd use Tay and the team again.
