Selling a property
David OLdham was my assigned solicitor , I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family, he made the whole experience pain free, always available, replied to e mails promptly .

Excellent, Stress-Free Conveyancing for First-Time Buyer
As a first-time buyer, I had many questions and uncertainties, but my solicitor made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout. Every stage from reviewing the contract to exchanging and completing was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
I particularly appreciated how they guided me through key legal documents and were always available to explain next steps. Their proactive updates helped reduce stress during what could have been an overwhelming experience.

Reliable, quick responding, helpful end to end experience
Really pleased with the experience I had with Clifford Johnston and with David Oldham. He replied straight away, cared about helping me through the process, was very straight forward to deal with, and supported me in the process of having to change the house I purchased. I cannot recommend David Oldham enough for conveyancing. His understanding of the process is outstanding, his communications are clear and concise and he puts you at ease by proactively managing what could otherwise be a challenging process.
