Amazing experience from start to finish!
I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Katie Guess on the initial purchase and then resale of my property. Both transactions felt completely seamless.
Having had challenging encounters with a different solicitors firm previously, I felt as though all solicitors would be the same. Slow, unresponsive and uncaring, however, this has been the opposite of my experience since having the pleasure of working with Katie.
Throughout both matters, I felt completely in the loop, updated regularly throughout the transaction and I have been forwarded correspondence to inform me of each step throughout the process.
Katie has really given me her time and patience by making a real effort to explain everything so thoroughly in a way that is completely understandable. When I call or email, she responds/picks up quickly. On the rare occasion she can’t, she will always let me know when she is available. She has completely restored my faith in solicitors and has made my experience of buying and selling property far less stressful than it has been in my previous experiences.
I already have another transaction underway with Katie and I will continue and look forward to working with her on all my future transactions.

Excellent Professional Service
Katie was exceptional in helping us through our first commercial lease. She explained everything in detail even for those who have never travelled through the new experience of being lease holders. Nothing was to much trouble and she conducted herself with the upmost of professionalism. Thank you Katie for making our experience one without any stress or anxiety.

I'm beyond pleased and would highly recommend anyone that wants a job done right to make the call into this firm.
One phone call to the firm on the 23rd January to stress how I wanted a sale of one of my buy to let properties to be done without any time wasting, and I was fortunate enough to have been placed in the fantastic hands of Katie Guess. She was professional from instruction to completion and genuinely has to hold the record for the most efficient property sale. 28th February and we completed the sale. Unbelievable turnaround. A lot of people complain about solicitors and the slow speed, but thankfully if you use Churchers and the likes of Katie and her team around her they get the job done exactly as they tell you they will. A 5* review doesn't do even touch the edges. I'm beyond pleased and would highly recommend anyone that wants a job done right to make the call into this firm.

Commercial Lease - Superb Service
Fantastic service from Katie Guess and Nick Eve. A complicated transaction made far easier by professionalism and amazingly speedy responses to emails and other enquiries. Katie's patient help allowed the letting to proceed when otherwise it would have fallen through. I can't recommend Churchers highly enough - excellent from start to finish.
