This is the second time I have engaged with Churchers and, as a result of the excellent service the first time, I went back to speak to them about a tricky probate matter. The partner translated the situation (which was complex and quite emotional) into something explicable and manageable for the surviving relatives. After a brief consultation we are now equipped to know how to proceed. I will be returning for follow up conveyancing work. I cannot recommend Churchers enough. Great office location too!

Rachael was brilliant, this was my first time buying a flat and she helped me through the process with kindness and lots of patience as I got my head around all the information and paper work. she kept me up to date with everything and whe I wanted something explained she was quick with her replies and was amazing. Rachael made sure everything was ok before singing my contract asking the questions to the seller that I wouldnt of thought of.

We were really up against a deadline and she did her best to make sure that everything in the leasing process was going as quick as possible, even going above and beyond towards the end when we were really up against.
