Francesca graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in with a First-Class LLB (Hons) degree in Law, having chosen Employment Law as one of her final-year modules. She is currently studying the LPC LLM in Sheffield, with completion expected in 2025 and she is writing her Master’s dissertation on the implications of fire and rehire practices in the UK. Before joining Bhayani Law, Francesca gained valuable paralegal experience in Financial Disputes, Inheritance and Wills Dispute, and Commercial Litigation, developing strong analytical and strategic case management skills. She also worked in Commercial Property alongside her studies, further strengthening her drafting abilities and confidence in client-facing work. In her role at Bhayani Law, Francesca supports the legal team with both claimant and respondent clients on a wide range of employment matters.
