We recently had some Investigation and Disciplinary Training delivered on site to our mangers by Ellie from Bhayani, and can honestly say, training delivered by experts at a pace and content level that was tuned perfectly for everyone in the room. Clear, concise, and fun, yes fun, who'd have though this subject could actually be enjoyed? Trust Ellie and Bhayani to re-write the rule book and get it so right. 10 out of 10, all who attended now have much more confidence handling what are always difficult situations.
