Lasting Power of Attorney Application
Alice explained the process very clearly to us and gave us the opportunity to ask questions so that we fully understood this process.
She guided us through the form filling, explaining what would happen at every stage and making the whole procedure straightforward. We are very grateful to her - we have peace of mind that our LPAs are now in place.

Probate on my Mother's Estate
My solicitor Alice Snell I found very obliging. For example, I requested paper copies of documents rather than only online correspondence and Alice was happy to oblige.
When I met with Alice she was always very friendly and helpful. I have hearing problems and Alice always took time to make sure I understood all she was saying. We will be using Hallmark Whatley Hulme when making our Will.

Flawless service
Both Alice and Melanie were fantastic, dealing with probate for the first time I was completely overwhelmed.
Alice put me at ease with her knowledge and professional approach.
