Will Service - Highly recommended

Recently used HWH solicitors who I found to be excellent from first home visit by Phillipa to the signing of my Will. I would highly recommend and will be using them again if needed.

WHAT A MISTAKE

My Brother sadly passed last July, he had a will kept at these solicitors, so I decided to get them to deal with his estate, Probate, house sale, collection of all his shares, accounts, ect, it has been a nightmare, even today, 12 months later, I'm still being asked to sign release documents for his shares, so hard to speak to my solicitor, seems to work 2 days a week, but nobody seems to look after her work in her absence, the company have kept a substantial amount of money making them intrest, never return calls, I really would advise not to use this company, I've found them to be quite unprofessional to be fair. So please DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE INSTRUCTING THEM TO DO WORK.

Sale of residential property

Melanie gets things done, if she says she will do it, it's done promptly! Helpful, friendly, easy to contact, very efficient and answers questions in an easy to understand manner. I was kept informed at all stages of the sale. She helped to make what I found a to be stressful time, pass a little easier. Pleasure to have her working for me, knowing she was looking after my interests. Will certainly recommend Melanie and will be using HWH Law again when the need arises. Many thanks.

Fantastic Service

We were extremely fortunate to have dealt with Melanie Williams. The whole process of buying a leasehold flat was flawless. Whenever we had a question, Melanie was prompt to reply and she happily answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to use Melanie again in the future and would strongly advise others to do the same. Thank you again. You made a potentially very stressful event end up being a pleasurable one.

Had an initial phone call with Aimee today and she was very empathetic and helpful. She went beyond the level of assistance I expected in a first phone call. Would recommend based on this.
