Melanie was an absolute delight to deal with! We have used her before and will absolutely use her again if the need ever arises. She was friendly, approachable, extremely efficient and responsive and always had time on the phone or over email if we needed her. There were speedbumps on both sides of the transaction that were out of her control, but were dealt with calmly, proactively and with minimal input. Her beautiful nature made it so easy to pick up the phone and talk through anything with her which made the whole process as smooth as it could have been. Forever in her debt.

It was perhaps no surprise, that following the excellent service and successful case delivered by the Firm in 2000, that I chose to return in 2025 to a Law Firm whom I know would be professional. A Law Firm is only as good as those lawyers which it employs . From a client aspect this is of crucial importance when seeking the very best help and support. In addition to professional knowledge, the ability to deliver a friendly , helpful manner to a client is essential.
I was fortunate to receive the personal support of Claire Cole, a partner. From the outset, Claire displayed not only an excellent customer support manner but exceptionally helpful and in-depth legal knowledge and experience. There are no guarantees when pursuing dispute settlements however, having a Lawyer with an organised approach, good at communications and clear upon direction and intent, is very reassuring to a client , such as myself.
I have been entirely satisfied that Ms. Cole managed my case and our dealings in a professional manner. Ms. Cole's attention to adhering to professional ethics at all times and explaining complex documents and guidance was very good indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Cole to anyone whom I might know is seeking legal services, or to offer a reference if asked to do so.
