I am a Commercial Property Solicitor in the Business Services Department and joined Thomson & Bancks in June 2019. I became a Partner of the firm in July 2025, having been an Associate since January 2022. Whilst working in management for a manufacturing company I gained my post graduate diploma in law at Worcester College from Staffordshire University, then following my LPC at Guildford College of Law, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 in London where I remained before moving to work in Birmingham. I have gained a wealth of experience in freehold and leasehold, acquisitions and disposals and dealing with a wide range of commercial leasehold matters, acting for both landlords and tenants. I also have experience of property portfolio management. Having grown up on a farm and lived in Worcestershire for most of my life I have great knowledge of the area and other professionals in the property industry enabling me to better assist my clients with a strong working relationship. My previous employment in the manufacturing industry gives me a clear commercial insight into clients’ businesses and the ability to see the bigger picture in any commercial transaction. When not working, I am busy with my daughters and husband, walking my 3 dogs and enjoying family outdoor pursuits.
