Child arrangement order response/dispute

I approached Chrys initially to communicate with my ex regarding returning our children at a later time on the weekends they were with me.
Chrys went through all reasonable approaches and supported my communication extremely well with reassurance and professionalism
I was responded to with a draft arrangement order and Chrys absolutely helped me through the whole process and a wholly reasonable and legal reply
She was clear, concise, and a pleasure to deal with. I would not have been confident at all throughout this had it not been for Chrys.

Ultimately this led to a positive outcome for me from a highly negative order initially presented

I would not hesitate to contacted Chrys again regarding any aspect I may need assistance with

Thank you!

I have recently lost my husband and had to do a new 'will'. I was not looking forward to it but it had to be done. Kath Harris was wonderful, very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, answered all my concerns/questions, she made the whole process straightforward and I felt reassured.

Legal processes were followed and adhered to as you would hope and expect. Response times were sometimes not great and the need to chase things up you'd not expect to have to do. Processes were done but not fully explained to us during certain stages. I'd recommend being more aware of the clients potential lack of understanding of process in legal regards and ask more about this understanding being there or not when engaging with clients.

We have been using Thompson bank’s services for many years now and we are always amazed at how efficient and competent the staff are in relation to other companies we’ve had dealings with.
I can’t recommend them enough.
Sylvia Gillham and her team have been amazing getting us to where we need to be regarding the sale of our property. I’ve had to drop into reception on many occasions and I’m always greeted with a smile and complete competence from the staff on reception. An all round magnificent team effort. Well done to all of you for making life just that little bit less stressful. Keep up the amazing work. We will be back soon !
