Good professional and timely service
We have used Boys & Maughan twice recently for conveyancing. On both occasions they have been professional and timely with their service.
They have kept us informed and helped with any queries.
Everything has been accurate and as stated initially.
After having used other solicitors in the area and been deeply disappointed, this has been a refreshing experience which i would recommend to others.

stressless conveyancing experience
Having heard many painful stories of delays, poor-communication, high fees and more, I have nothing but praise for the team who worked on the conveyancing on our behalf. Anna (and her team) were all very professional, competent, capable, easy to contact and explained every stage of the process.

Conveyancing on both a House Buy & Sell, Anna Leach
Anna Leach from Boys & Maughan was excellent throughout. Our Sale had nuances regarding covenants and adjacent land in Trust, whilst on our Purchase the other parties were slow to respond and had to be chased several times for even the most routine enquiries. Anna was terrific throughout & without her, we wouldn't have completed on the preferred day.

Property purchase
The complete service provided by Anna Leach was extremely professional. Anna had to work fast for me as I bought a property via an auction . The whole process had to be completed within 20 working days.

Responsive and efficient
