The Best By Far !!
I’ve worked with several conveyancing firms over the years due to lender panel restrictions, but the difference in performance when working with Rudlings is remarkable. Every time I’ve had the opportunity to use them, they’ve demonstrated a level of professionalism and efficiency that sets them apart from the rest.
Shaz, in particular, has been outstanding. He is highly organised, responsive, and consistently keeps things moving forward. He sticks to timelines without compromising on attention to detail, which gives me real confidence throughout the process.
Unfortunately, I can’t always instruct Rudlings due to lender panel limitations — but every time I’m forced to use another firm, the contrast in service quality is clear. I always look forward to working with Shaz and the team at Rudlings whenever possible. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service
I had a great experience with shazad , nice personality, professional and great legal knowledge,I will definitely use his services in the future if required and would recommend them if anyone needs legal advice for the property contract.

a wonderful experience
amazing people. very prompt and quick response to quarries, even during out of office hours. All I can say the whole process was made very easy, everything was kept simple and to the point. Well done to the whole team.

I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! Rudlings are by far the best!
Working in the property sector I deal with different solicitors day in and day out, which can be a painful part of the job. However, Rudlings have always provided a pain free process by providing outstanding communication, clear advice and in general are just a breeze to work with.
