John works in the Commercial Property Department covering both residential and commercial property transactions. He is able to help with: Sales/purchases including buy to let properties, properties affected by the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) and equity release mortgages; Residential re-mortgages and commercial lending and security; Representing either the Landlord or Tenant in commercial property leasing; Transfers of Equity; and Overage and conditional land agreements. John joined Bridge McFarland in 2024 as a trainee and successfully qualified into the Commercial Property Department in January 2025. Outside of the office John enjoys travelling as much as he can and he is (nearly!) fluent in French. He is a keen swimmer and worked as a lifeguard during his time at university.
