Easy to reach, efficient, would use again
Megan Humphreys helped us buy our first home, and she was efficient right from the start, always quick to respond to emails and on top of things like searches and enquiries. Our whole process took almost 4 months, mainly due to delays on the seller’s side. If I had one bit of feedback, it would be that as first-time buyers, we sometimes felt a bit in the dark about what was going on. Megan didn’t always explain where we were in the process, and we didn’t always know what to ask to fill in the gaps. That said, she got the job done and we’re really happy we managed to complete before the stamp duty went up.

Highly recommend!
Megan, Stephanie and Emma really took care of us during our first time house purchase. We had to close very quickly and they did all they could to push the purchase through as fast as possible, which was massively appreciated! Quick to respond and kept us well updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend
This is the third time I’ve used Matthew and Matthew and they have always been excellent. Emma, Megan and Stephanie are always very efficient, knowledgable, communicate well and are very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Excellent solicitors!
I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors and we have used them on several occasions. Our recent move was full of challenges, but due to Megan’s expertise, communication skills and attention to detail the move happened. Stephanie and Emma were also so helpful - a great team overall. Thank you so much - we’ve now settled into our new home which at times I didn’t think would happen.
