Megan Humphreys helped us buy our first home, and she was efficient right from the start, always quick to respond to emails and on top of things like searches and enquiries. Our whole process took almost 4 months, mainly due to delays on the seller’s side. If I had one bit of feedback, it would be that as first-time buyers, we sometimes felt a bit in the dark about what was going on. Megan didn’t always explain where we were in the process, and we didn’t always know what to ask to fill in the gaps. That said, she got the job done and we’re really happy we managed to complete before the stamp duty went up.

Megan, Stephanie and Emma really took care of us during our first time house purchase. We had to close very quickly and they did all they could to push the purchase through as fast as possible, which was massively appreciated! We had a very dim view of solicitors after a really bad experience with another firm, but Lalitha & Jasmin have been exceptional in dealing with our property sale and purchase (still ongoing). Matthew & Matthew's attention to detail & the constant support of Emma & Tina on a day to day basis made the whole experience super smooth & stress free. Cannot recommend Helen, and all at M&M enough. Our house sale became quite complicated and time consuming, but Helen was helpful and responsive throughout. We dealt with many incompetent conveyancing solicitors on the buyers side, which only made us feel happier be represented by Helen.

This was my second purchase working with Anna Davey following a recommendation from my sister a few years ago and once again our transaction went through smoothly and I’m again a very happy customer. This was very far from a straightforward purchase (my fault), and we working to a very tight timeframe in order to beat the stamp duty holiday in June. Anna provided a brilliant service and I was very pleased that we got the purchase completed in time. She is/was very professional, responsive and flexible to my changing requirements, and she explained every step of the process. We even hit a huge issue with a week to go (again this was my fault), but thankfully Anna honestly did save the day thanks to her great contacts in the industry and proactive approach. I live in Essex and obviously M&M are in Bournemouth, but this is not a problem at all. I have recommended Anna to friends and family in the past and I will continue to do so. Thank you Anna!
