After losing my husband, I needed to make a new will—something I was very anxious about. I am in my 80s, profoundly deaf and have limited eyesight, so I was worried about how I would manage. Thankfully, I was looked after by Sophie Matthias, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
Sophie was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. I never felt rushed or confused—she made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the whole process. Her calm and caring manner turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something smooth and reassuring.
Everyone I came into contact with at the firm, including the reception staff, was professional, helpful, and friendly. I felt supported every step of the way.
I’m very grateful to Sophie and the team for their compassion and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those who may need a little extra care and understanding.

Excellent Service received from Beeston Shenton Solicitors
All of the qualities I have selected accurately describe the excellent service received from our solicitor Juliette Carter.
Also, as I was disabled due to a recent hip replacement and was unable to attend at the office for witness signatures of our Wills, Juliette and her Trainee, Saskia, visited us at our home to witness them. This was very much appreciated.

Writing of Will
The solicitor and assistant were very friendly, explained matters clearly in ways you could understand. Dealt with preparation of will very quickly. Kept me well informed if the need arises would use again.
