Friendly, communicative and helpful solicitor

Lauren at Boys & Maughan
Lauren initially helped me with a planned purchase of a new build flat, but after numerous delays from the homebuilder, I opted to exit that deal and buy a house. Lauren helped me navigate all that calmly and efficiently, enabling me to complete on the house purchase just before the increase in stamp duty, which was greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend Boys & Maughan and Lauren in particular.

Excellent throughout
Lauren was excellent throughout the process, she was diligant, professional and responsive. Always on the end of the phone or email to answer any questions I had and very compassionate around the circumstances of the move. Trustworthy and patient.
Moving without anyone to ask for help made me feel very vulnerable but Lauren from Boys & Maughan were always at the end of the phone or email. I was so grateful that I could trust the advice given and how quickly it was given ! Great job !
