Efficient, Excellent Service
Thank you both for taking my matter on and providing an extremely efficient service and excellent advice. If matters come up in the future (hopefully not like this situation again) I'll certainly be in contact.

Great service and clear advice
Natalie was very helpful and clearly has a deep knowledge of employment law. Natalie took full ownership of my case and kept me informed on progress and any additional fees that would need to be considered as part of the on-going discussions.
Highly recommend and would definitely re-engage if and when required - thank you.

A refreshingly different solicitor
Natalie isn't your typical solicitor, and that's precisely what makes her so exceptional. From the moment we connected, I found her to be incredibly friendly and approachable. She was incredibly genuine in her empathetic approach and took time to understand my situation in depth. She never once made me feel rushed and really took a person-centred approach to her advice.
Natalie provided expert advice in layman's terms that could be easily grasped. I truly appreciated Natalie's honest and sensible approach. She never pushed me down a specific path; instead, she let me guide the conversation and the way I wanted things resolved. She listened intently to my preferences and was always upfront about any potential risks or difficulties we might encounter with the process.
Her knowledge is fantastic, and her overall approach is genuinely refreshing to see in the legal profession. Communication with Natalie was always excellent, and she handled my sensitive matter with the utmost respect and confidentiality. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Employment Contract Support
Natalie has been great - really thorough and helped explain everything, she broke it down so it was easy to understand, provided guidance and reasons why the guidance was offered.
Really friendly and all completed in a timely manner.
Very smooth process.

Early Conciliation advice
Once Natalie reviewed my case and we spoke over the phone, she knew I had a deadline of Monday to get advice on a figure and put this forward. The empathy and understanding she displayed was second to none. Natalie was on holiday on the Friday, but she made the effort to pass this over to her colleague Helen. On the Friday I had a very happy surprise waiting in my inbox. I then forwarded this figure to my Acas representative, and negotiations are now going under way today (Monday).
I thanked them both for this. Going the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated, as I have had a rather tough 4 months or so.
Excellent service, and for them both to do this for me proved a lot to me. There are some good people still left out there. Her patience and empathy on the phone to me was very professional and also very human.
I was recommended Hansill’s from a friend in Lancaster where I live. I will be sure to recommend to anyone who may need a solicitor and asks me for advice in future.
Thank you again,
and kind regards,
Marc

Very glad to have had your help
Thank you so much for your help and guidance in the last couple of weeks. It's been an extremely stressful time for myself and, whilst it ended up being a fair bit more complex than first thought, I'm very glad to have had your help throughout.

Highly Recommend
I cannot recommend Kathryn a more highly. I felt very fortunate to have her on my side. She is a credit to her profession and I am most grateful to her for helping me through a very difficult time and getting the outcome she did. Along with her colleague Natalie, in her absence, they secured a settlement for me professionally, quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Business advise
I needed advise on employment law. Natalie spotted a taxation issue which I flagged to my accountant.
It was a significant enough issue to require further negotiation with my other party.
once resolved the final review was made.
This is the second time i have required legal support from Hansells and both times the process and resolution were clear, clean and well presented.
Natalie's availability to talk through the issues was very good indeed, which makes the process far less stressful.
