We completely understand your concern regarding the 20% VAT. Unfortunately, as a VAT-registered business, we are legally required to charge VAT on our services in line with HMRC regulations. I just wanted to thank you for acting on behalf of my Uncle and myself for the selling of the above property.
Buying and selling of property can be quite stressful, especially when it is not your own, but your help and support was very much appreciated. It made it a much easier process for me considering the circumstances that caused the property needing to be sold. The new owners are well settled into their new home and are delighted with the property they have purchased. So all in all a good result!!
