I would definitely recommend using Martin Tolhurst solicitors, it took exactly the amount of time they said it would for us to complete, I loved how they gave us access to an online service too so we could view what has been done and what needed to be done I thought that was very unique! They only thing I will say on two occasions I had phoned 3 times (not in a row on separate days and asked for a call back and no body phoned me back) other than that, no complaints.

Smooth and trouble-free service
I was very glad to have appointed Rachel Plumb as my solicitor. She dealt with the sale of my sister’s flat very efficiently. Stamp duty rates were about to rise, but Rachel met the deadline and completed the sale in good time. It was a smooth and trouble-free service. Many thanks Rachel.

Fantastic, Efficient & Supportive Service
We had a great experience working with Rachel Plumb and Simon Pritchard for our sale and purchase. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and simple way, which made the whole process much less stressful (it was very stressful at points!).
Rachel was also super efficient - always one step ahead and on top of everything, which gave us real peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for better support, and we’re so grateful for their hard work.

Professional, efficient, superb!
