We had a great experience working with Rachel Plumb and Simon Pritchard for our sale and purchase. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and simple way, which made the whole process much less stressful (it was very stressful at points!).

As first time buyers, this company genuinely made this the most joyless and stressful experience of my life. We were originally quoted just under £3,000 (Inc VAT) and we ended up paying over £6,000 for a standard, uncomplicated leasehold flat purchase.
We were forced to pay prior to exchange so were left with no choice but to pay the bill and dispute it later. The solicitor we chose left the organisation on the 24th December and no one picked up our file until January 9th. The solicitor who then completed our sale (who we had no choice in selecting) we found to be unhelpful, rude and violated the terms of the Client care letter we signed on multiple occasions.
There were unexpected charges and other errors scattered across our bill which just added to the lack of care displayed. I could list out countless other reasons to avoid this firm, but I’d say just save your money and pick one of the others in the area offering a very similar price.
