Melanie was an absolute delight to deal with! We have used her before and will absolutely use her again if the need ever arises. She was friendly, approachable, extremely efficient and responsive and always had time on the phone or over email if we needed her. There were speedbumps on both sides of the transaction that were out of her control, but were dealt with calmly, proactively and with minimal input.
