Excellent professional service
My conveyancer, Nick Earp provided an excellent professional service during the recent purchase of my new home. Nick was courteous and prompt in responding to my queries. He provided clear information and advice and kept me informed of the next step in the buying process. It was reassuring to have someone so competent to manage the buying process. I couldn't be happier with his professional service and would highly recommend.

Perfect experience with Nick Earp from Bannister Preston
We have had a great experience with Bannister Preston when buying our first home. Nick was always quick to reply to emails, very professional and overall incredibly helpful in answering our queries. He kept us up-to-date with every step in the process and was very knowledgeable. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions for which Nick always provided thorough and clear answers. Would 100% recommend Nick and the Bannister Preston team! We will certainly be recommending them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great service and conveyancing
We were really impressed with the service provided by Nick our conveyancer, who was proactive, patient and offered very clear and detailed advice at each step of the process. Nick was always happy and willing to take calls and responded to emails very promptly. Even when the sale of our property fell through, Nick was supportive and professional - did not chase fees - and was on-board to continue once we found another buyer. We would definitely use this service again.

Great communication and friendly
They kept me well informed about everything that happened, they replied straight away and were open to answer all questions without hesitation. We weren't even aware of how much work was going on in the background because they were very efficient and smooth with their work.

Nick Earp - Senior Conveyancer
Conveyancers sometimes get a poor reputation as being slow and unresponsive. Nick is the complete opposite - whenever we had a question or asked for an update, we received a response within minutes. I’d thoroughly recommend him to anyone

If you want as little stress as possible, get Nick Earp!
We began proceeds to purchase a house towards the end of 2024. Nick was right there with us guiding us through the whole process. He was super proactive with chasing the vendors solicitors when they went quiet. Even when the sellers let us down and pulled the sale after we were through the searches and surveys, Nick was right back with us when we found another property. He really took away the worry about sections going stagnant and always kept us updated and proactively chased for everything needed.
We will absolutely be returning to use Nick with our next purchase.

House buying- Conveyancer
Recently I have had a wonderful experience with Bannister Preston, in particular, Nick Earp- who was the Conveyor for selling and buying my house. He was very thorough throughout and always kept me up-to-date with where the sale was at, paperwork required/ received and communications with other solicitors. Nick was quick to answer any email I sent through and always answered my questions with a supportive, helpful and knowledgeable reply and put me at ease through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and will be using him again if needed in the future.

Brilliant professionalism and communication
We recently used Nick Earp for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. It was a particularly tricky chain, with slow sellers and frustrating communication from other parties, but our conveyancer was superb throughout.
Nick's professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach made all the difference. He kept us informed at every stage, often stepping in to navigate poor communication from other solicitors and stubborn sellers. Their ability to keep things moving, despite the challenges, was truly impressive.
